Move The Beat is SO excited to now offer Baby & Me Dance Classes for 2 months-15 months! Baby & Me Classes are a fun and challenging workout for both parent and baby! You will build your own physical and mental health, while you strengthen your bond with baby, and connect to other parents in the community. Whether you are an experienced dancer or a complete beginner, this four week class is the perfect way to increase flexibility, gain strength, and restore your energy levels in a fun and supportive environment. No dance experience needed! Please bring your own wearable carrier that is comfortable for your little one and a yoga mat. (There are extra mats at the studio if needed). Every Wednesday 9-9:45am

Toddler & Me Dance Classes are designed to engage your toddler in a fun and creative environment, allowing them to develop their gross and fine motor skills and build their parental bond! This four week class will help your little one cultivate rhythm and musicality while fostering independent creativity. You do not need any dance experience to participate, but be prepared to wiggle and groove with your little one every week! Every Wednesday 10-10:45am
